1. Service Booking Rules

By booking a service with ByteGameBost, you agree to provide accurate property details and access instructions. Quotes provided online are estimates; final pricing may be adjusted upon an initial site inspection. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions pose a safety hazard to our crew.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of routine maintenance appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

3. Weather-Related Delays

Outdoor services are heavily dependent on weather conditions. ByteGameBost reserves the right to pause, delay, or reschedule services due to heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, or other unsafe weather conditions. We will communicate any weather-related schedule changes as promptly as possible. We do not provide refunds for delays caused by Acts of God.

4. Liability Limitations

While our teams are highly trained professionals, ByteGameBost is not liable for damage to hidden items not clearly marked or communicated by the customer prior to service. This includes, but is not limited to: underground dog fences, unmarked irrigation lines, shallow cables, or decorative items hidden in tall grass. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring pets are safely secured indoors during the service period.
  • Removing toys, tools, hoses, and animal waste from the lawn or service area prior to our arrival.
  • Providing clear access to all areas requiring service (unlocking gates, etc.).
  • Notifying us of any known hazards on the property.
