While we have fixed pricing for maintenance plans, custom landscaping or tree removal projects are quoted based on labor hours, materials required, and project complexity. All quotes are transparent with no hidden fees.
We typically operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Emergency tree services or specific commercial maintenance can be scheduled for weekends upon request.
For the safety of our crew and the health of your landscape, services like mowing or chemical treatments may be delayed due to heavy rain or extreme weather. We will proactively contact you to reschedule for the next available clear day.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of routine maintenance. For large custom projects, cancellation policies are outlined in your specific contract agreement.
